Through the environmental measurement of Futian Station Hub and Shenzhen North Railway Station Hub in Shenzhen in winter and summer, the environmental quality status in the hubs is obtained. The thermal sensation and thermal comfort of passengers in the hubs are investigated in the form of questionnaires. The deficiency of current environmental quality is analysed by the comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the comprehensive environment inside the two hubs is good, and the thermal environment satisfaction rate of the passengers is between 70% and 80%. There are still some environmental construction problems in the two hubs, and there are individual parameters in some functional areas that do not meet the requirements of the relevant specifications. The physical environment in the hubs can be optimized by creating a temperature gradient environment in which the air temperature decreases gradually from outside to inside the station in summer, adding sunshade devices, reasonably organizing artificial lighting and natural lighting, and adding anechoic materials on the wall.
